Colorado Territory circular datestamp (possibly Aug. 19, 1860) on cover to Oquawka Ill. with "Rocky Mountain News Printing" corner card with illustration of building and American flag, detailed design depicts several individuals standing in front of the building, foreground and sky, Very Fine, one of only two recorded examples of this beautiful Rocky Mountain news illustrated corner card, the Rocky Mountain News was established by William N.
