Mar. 28 11AM" octagonal carrier's datestamp with second strike at left on cover to local street address, notes on back indicate an enclosure was dated 1861 (no longer present), cover repaired with top flap and portion of top of envelope replaced, small part of top line of left carrier datestamp drawn in, cover appears Very Fine, the stamp is an Extremely Fine Gem, ex Neinken and Wagshal
