Two horizontal pairs arranged as a block of four, Positions 85-88L, large margins to full, tied by blue grids, matching "Louisville Ky. 5 Jun. 7" integral-rate circular datestamp on part of blue cover, manuscript "40" rate, bottom pair lifted and reaffixed in a slightly different position to create the image of a block, still Very Fine and very scarce use of two pairs of the 10c 1847 Issue, likely for the transcontinental rate, with 1996 P.F. certificate
