May 7" (1850) circular datestamp on folded letter to Cincinnati O., used with Blood's City Despatch, Philadelphia Pa., 1c Bronze on Black Glazed (15L13), large margins to in, acid tied, also with manuscript "Way" below local, slight overall soiling, Fine and unusual use, carried by Blood's in Philadelphia where it was sent via river to Baltimore where it then entered the mails, with 1978 P.F. certificate
