Original gum, h.r., violet control mark as with all "genuine" unused examples, large margins to ample, vertical crease, the rare Ponce Provisional has historically been one of the great rarities of U.S. Possessions, but in recent years the entire issue has been discredited by a few specialists, which forces us to offer this "as is", with 1978 Friedl certificate
