Sale 1227, Lot 3573, 1925 and Later Issues (Scott 628-1789B)$1.00 Presidential (832). Vertical pair, frames dramatically shifted to top with "United States Postage" appearing at the bottom of both stamps rather than the top as is normal, top stamp hinged, bottom stamp Mint N.H. with light pencil notation, Very Fine and spectacular shift, we have offered a handful of examples of this issue with strong vignette shifts but this and a block of four offered in our Sale 1192 are the first we have seen with this major frame shift
