Our census of Scott 423A, available at https://siegelauctions.com/census/us/scott/423A , contains nine unused singles, two vertical pairs and two unused blocks of four, for a total of 21 unused copies.

Census no. 423A-OG-06. With 1980 P.F. certificate as the old Scott No. 424a. The Scott Catalogue states in a footnote to this issue, "Value for unused is for a sound stamp with perfs touching or just cutting the design." (all but two in our census show the perfs touching)
