Blocks of four, attractive centering and margins, the 2c particularly so, rich colors, 1c with boxed handstamp cancel, 2c with Washington D.C. oval cancels, Very Fine-Extremely Fine, a rare pair of used blocks, a review using Power Search failed to find another 1c in our auctions and located only two other 2c, with 2004 and 1992 P.F. certificates respectively
