EXTREMELY FINE GEM USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1870 30-CENT UNGRILLED NATIONAL BANK NOTE ISSUE, WITH A BOLD BLUE CANCEL.

Ex Kirke. With 1996, 2004 P.F. and 2005 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $2,000.00 for normal cancel). We have offered about two-thirds of the fifteen recorded Scott 154s with P.S.E. grades of 95 or above -- and only one other has a colored cancel (red).
