Block of four, bright color, wide margins and well-centered, each stamp struck by neat circle of V's cork cancel, right vertical pair with light vertical scoring line not readily visible, overall Very Fine-Extremely Fine appearance, the bottom left stamp is a Gem, used 1c 1869 blocks are very rare, with 1998 P.F. certificate
