Jul. 11, 1862" double-circle datestamp on cover to Lowville N.Y., sender's route directive "Via Panama", cover with minor age stains, Very Fine and attractive use, with 1999 P.S.E. certificate as the Brown Yellow shade (Scott 67a), this is a classic Buff and matches the color on a cover offered in our "Sevenoaks" sale (Sale 831, lot 2261) sent the same day with four of the same stamps, we have described the darker brownish shades as 67 and the brighter yellowish shades as 67a, regardless of certification, and lots may not be returned because of a difference of opinion
