VERY FINE. A STUNNING AND HIGHLY EXHIBITABLE COVER WITH WHAT IS BELIEVED TO BE THE HIGHEST PENCE-ISSUE FRANKING EXTANT. IT IS ALSO THE EARLIEST KNOWN USE OF THE 5-PENCE STAMP.
