VERY FINE. THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND WE HAVE SOLD AND THE THIRD KNOWN TO US.

An article by Joe Schirmer in U.S. Possessions (Volume 3, No. 1, 1980) states that the U.S. Government had only fifteen of these booklets (in the Treasury Department or the Smithsonian), and it is unknown how many may be in private hands. We sold one other in 2005 (for $14,500 plus premium), and we are aware of another that sold at auction in 2004. It could be a very long time before another example comes to the market.
