Jan. 13 10AM" duplex and used with 20c Blue Violet, Special Delivery (E9) and 6c-20c Postage Dues (J17-J22), similarly tied, on locally addressed legal-size cover, minor cover wrinkling at top left not mentioned on accompanying certificateVERY FINE. A MAGNIFICENT COVER BEARING A BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE 16-CENT DARK BLUE "VICTORY" OVERPRINT USED IN COMBINATION WITH SPECIAL DELIVERY AND POSTAGE DUE "VICTORY" OVERPRINTS. A TRULY SCARCE USAGE.
The Postage Due set lacks only the 4c to be complete. There are only two recorded covers with complete sets of the Postage Dues.
