VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. AN INCREDIBLY RARE CENTERED BOTTOM PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1897 30-CENT DEEP CLARET POSTAGE DUE ISSUE.

We cannot overstate the rarity of this issue in plate block form, especially with choice centering.
