1914, 25c Violet Blue on Blue, -1/6bbl., Beer (REA107a; Priester 125). Unused (no gum), large margins, light horizontal crease but otherwise soundVERY FINE APPEARANCE. A CHOICE AND RARE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 1914 ONE-SIXTH BARREL IN THE TRUE VIOLET BLUE SHADE.
Priester reports only five examples of REA107a, the Violet Blue printing, at least two of which are used.
