Only one sheet of 180 is known to have been printed. We have offered only three other certified example in the past 25 years, including the two stamps offered in the following lots. These are the first we have offered since 2008.

With 1990 P.F. certificate for a block of four. The centering on the example offered here is better than that of the other three stamps illustrated on the certificate.
