Rich colors, approaching the "fast plane" variety with vignette shifted significantly forward, bold Oct. 1, 1918 registered double-circle datestamp, Very Fine, attractive stamp with the clearly dated cancel and shifted vignette, with 2013 P.S.E. certificate describing this as the "fast plane" variety, but the wing of the plane must touch the outer frame to be considered the variety
