Top plate no. 13467 block of six, bottom center is fully Perf 10, the bottom left and bottom right stamps have transitional Perf 10/11 gauge showing the change in pin alignment to the left and right of the stamp in the middle, bottom center and bottom right stamps Mint N.H., bright color, bottom left stamp trivial toned spot on one perf at rightFINE-VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE PLATE BLOCK CONTAINING TWO MINT NEVER-HINGED AND ONE LIGHTLY-HINGED EXAMPLES OF THE 1917 11-CENT PERF 10 AT BOTTOM VARIETY. ONLY FIVE SUCH PLATE BLOCKS ARE KNOWN. AN OUTSTANDING EXHIBITION PIECE.
