Original gum, barely hinged, clear split grill at top and bottom, with bottom right corner selvage which was folded over prior to printing causing a misperf, stamp with Jumbo margins and outstanding centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 1991 (for block of nine) and 2011 P.F. certificates
