1c Blue, Ty. IV (9). Recut once at top and bottom, enormous Jumbo margins all around with portions of adjoining stamps, bold blue grid cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp cancelled in blue, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $2,000.00), as mentioned in the pervious lot description, we have not encountered a Scott No. 9 at the Gem 100 grade with a colored cancel and we have sold most of them that exist, for the Superb 98 Jumbo grade we have only offered two others with colored cancels
