EXTREMELY FINE STAMP TIED ON A FRESH SMALL COVER BY THE VIVID ORANGE GRID OF MOBILE, ALABAMA. BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY RESPECT.

Mobile used two distinctive colored inks for postal markings: the "Paint Red" in a dense shade of carmine, and this bright orange, which is not merely an oily red, but actually has the vibrancy of true orange ink.
