Original gum, lightly hinged, rich color, detailed impression clearly showing the variety, well-balanced margins, Extremely Fine, a beautiful stamp, with 1982 and 2007 P.F. certificates (XF 90), by way of comparison, P.S.E. has graded only one higher (at 90J, also hinged) and one at this XF-90 grade in Mint N.H. condition
