Bright shade, phenomenal centering with wide margins, tiny thin spot and single slightly shorter perf at bottom, tied by red segmented cork and matching "New York Paid 24 Mar. 1" credit datestamp, also tied by Wells, Fargo & Co. blue "THROUGH" straightline handstamp on piece, the piece with red boxed "P.D." handstamp, stamp was lifted for grading and is hinged back in place, Extremely Fine appearance, with 1991 (as on full cover to Paris, France) and 2014 P.F. certificates (as on piece), with 2020 P.S.E. certificate as off piece calling the tiny thin and short perf (F-VF 75)
