Top row of Plate 4 with wide-spaced horizontal perforations, outstanding centering, face-free circular datestamp cancel, tiny thin speck at upper right visible only in fluid, Extremely Fine appearance, the exceptions to the normal cut-into condition of top-row and bottom-row Plate 4 stamps are those with wide-spaced perforations, the Scott Catalogue footnote after No. 19 (Ty. Ia, from bottom row) describes this characteristic, but it is not noted after No. 20 from the top row of Plate 4, this example is offered to the market for the first time since the consignor purchased it in a 1965 Siegel sale
