Paid" illustrated horse and rider corner card struck in blue (Thomas PAC-005), some very minor edgewear, Very Fine, this frank is very rare struck in blue with fewer than ten recorded, this is the only example pictured in the Western Express Companies census bearing an adhesive stamp
