Bright color, extra wide perforated sheet margin at left, tied by "Andover Ms. Jul. 2, 1860" circular datestamp on yellow cover to Hanover N.H. with Lincoln and Hamlin dual three-quarter portraits campaign design, Carpenter & Allen imprint, Milgram AL-95, Very Fine, this Lincoln-Hamlin design was also surprinted with a variety of pro-Union designs, it was used throughout New England in 1860
