Rich color, neat Sep. 4, 1871 manuscript cancel, also small filled-in punch cancel at bottom, Fine appearance, with 2019 P.F. certificate, in the 2018 edition of the Scott Specialized Catalogue the editors changed this (unhelpfully in our opinion) from R115b to R115a
