1-1/2c on 1c Blue on White entire, Die 83, Surcharge Ty. 9 (U507; UPSS 3182). Size 7, knife 31, watermark 8, unused, small toned spot at lower right is of little consequence, still Very Fine and quite scarce, it is reported that only 26 were surcharged, we have not offered another entire of this issue since 2007, with 2011 P.F. certificate, UPSS value $4,250.00
