Mint N.H. with bottom selvage, brilliant color on bright paper, wide margins and mathematically perfect centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2015 P.S.A.G. certificate (100 ogNH), by way of comparison, the P.S.E. Population Report lists only two Scott 707's at the Gem 100 grade (one is 100J)
