Used with National 3c (faulty), tied on small piece of mourning cover by violet Bogota SCADTA cancel, blue "May 5, 1922" handstamp below, stamp with couple toned perf tips, otherwise Fine and scarce, only 17 used examples have been recorded of all types, eleven of which are covers, with 2004 Sismondo certificate, Scott $575.00
