COLOMBIA, 1921, "$050c" (Inverted) on "Valor 10 Centavos" on 50c Pale Green, Air Post Surcharge (Colomphil 18). Sheet margin at bottom, some slightly rough perfs as usual, violet Bogota three-line handstamp, barest trace of a few toned perfs, still Very Fine, only five used examples are recorded with no covers, all of these are believed to have originated on correspondence to New York and all have the inverted "$050c" surcharge
