Showing a partial strike of surcharge with "3" nearly omitted, violet three-line cancel of Bogota, minor corner creases and slightly traced of toned spots at bottom, otherwise Fine appearance, rare with only a few examples believed to exist, similar to Colomphil No. 13 but differentiated from No. 13 having more of a "skeleton" outline of the surcharge likely caused by different inks used, listed but unpriced in Scott
