Affixed to small piece, lightly struck Girardot oval handstamp, overall toning, otherwise Fine and exceptionally rare, only four examples are recorded, two of which are covers and no unused examples known, these were likely pressed into service due to the lack of 30c surcharged stamps needed for overseas destinations, Scott $3,000.00
