COLOMBIA, 1921, 30c Rose, Diagonal Bisect as 15c (C15 var). Two small pieces, first used with normal 15c vertical pair, second used with normal 15c single, each tied across the fold by violet "Sociedad Colombo-Alemana de Transportes Aereos" cancel of Bogota, Very Fine, while bisects were not officially authorized, they appear to have been tolerated, latter with 2010 Colomphil certificate
