Mint N.H., huge Jumbo margins all around including portions of all adjoining stamps, fresh color, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2014 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 90), the P.S.E. Population Report does not list this issue, despite pricing it in SMQ (though only as high as XF 90)
