Mint N.H., bright colors, wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine, the Scott Catalogue notes that these non-denominated stamps have been found in the marketplace, but there is no evidence they were officially issued, the paucity of examples we have offered since their discovery (only two others are listed in Power Search) speaks to their rarity, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (VF-XF 85; unpriced in SMQ)
