A TRULY SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THE 1881 RE-ISSUE OF THE ONE-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE. THIS STAMP IS GRADED GEM 100 JUMBO BY P.S.E. - THE HIGHEST GRADE POSSIBLE AND THE ONLY SCOTT 133a TO ACHIEVE IT.
