Mint N.H., wide margins and perfect centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2015 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $350.00), one of only two Scott 654's at this perfect grade, which is the highest awarded, SMQ seems low considering there are only two flat plate Edison's (654) at a 100 grade while the higher SMQ priced rotary press Edison (655) has six (including one 100J)
