Strip of three, wide margins at sides, deep rich color, couple small faults including thin spot on left stamp and small sealed tear on middle stamp, Very Fine appearance, rare, fewer than 25 pairs are believed to exist, this variety is vastly rarer than, and should not be confused with, the 2c Ty. III Rotary issue in a vertical pair imperforate horizontally, we believe it is undercatalogued in Scott, ex "Georgetown", with 1970 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail for a pair with no premium for the additional stamp
