Mint N.H. with bottom plate no. 12167 selvage, brilliant color on bright paper, outstanding centering and Jumbo margins, minor natural gum bends not mentioned on accompanying certificate, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $1,900.00), only three grade higher (two at 100, one at 100J) and we doubt these have plate no. selvage
