Vertical strip of three, bright shade on crisp paper, huge margins to full at left, Very Fine, an exceedingly scarce error, we located only one other in Power Search (pair, ex Whitman) and as of 2009 the P.F. had certified no more than five, ex "Georgetown" and Klein with his initials on back, with 1991 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as a pair with no premium for the additional stamp, we believe this is quite undercatalogued in Scott
