Jun. 22" circular datestamp, Very Fine strike, "Shoo Fly" designs are known used from several towns, including Toledo Ohio, Evanston Ind., Kittrell N.C. and others, the Waterbury version is extremely rare, especially when used on an 1869 Pictorial stamp, with 2000 P.F. certificate
