Mostly complete strike of the rare Waterbury Man in DerbyMan in Derby, Waterbury, Connecticut (Rohloff E-7), remarkably clear strike on 3¢ Rose (65), trace of circular datestamp at left, pulled perf at top right, small diagonal crease at top left, still a Very Fine strike, only three covers are recorded (one is an almost illegible strike on an entire), we have only been able to locate three or four others off cover in our records, with 2000 P.F. certificate
