Mr. 20 '59" circular datestamp, forwarded to Painted Post, New York, small edge nicks and tears at left and right have been skillfully mended, Very Fine and beautiful appearance, a remarkable and very rare combination of the 3¢ Type I Perforated 1857 Issue and Canadian 1852 3p Imperforate issue, ex Piller, with 1994 B.P.A. certificate
