VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A BEAUTIFUL AND SCARCE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1899 50-CENT GUAM OVERPRINT ISSUE.

Only 4,000 of the 50c stamps were issued. Our informal research found only six other plate blocks; it is only known from the bottom position from Plate 75. None was offered in our 1989 specialized catalogue of Guam.
