15c Brown & Blue, Ty. II (119). Wide margins and choice centering, deep rich colors and proof-like impressions, neat strike of target cancel at bottom leaves entire design clearly visible, Extremely Fine, ex "Natalee Grace", with 2002 P.F. and 2012 P.S.E. certificates -- the 2012 certificate at one time stated "XF 90", but the certificate was replaced with one without the grade, probably because giving this magnificent stamp a 90 grade is like giving Sofia Vergara a 7
