Two, singles left stamp is clearly a sharp De La Rue printing, right stamp is quite sharp but is identified as a Local printing on London paper according to accompanying certificate, clear to large margins, tied by "Macon Ga. Sep.13" circular datestamp on cover with blue "N. Weed Hardware Macon Ga." store illustrated corner card in the shape of a padlock with extensive list of products stocked, addressed to Atlanta Ga., small stain at top above left stamp, Very Fine and unusual design, ex Kilbourne, with 1998 C.S.A. certificate noting the stamp identifications
