Jan. 16, 1862" circular datestamp on cover to Petersburg Va. with blue embossed cameo corner card design for "J. A. Belvin", lumber dealer, depicting horses pulling a cart, wonderful detail showing a gate and a coach driver with a whip in his hand, missing backflapVERY FINE.
