Randolph 11-Star Confederate Flag and Verse Patriotic design (F11-16, Verse 30), the variety which also includes "Confederate States of America" at top, docketing across the face probably contemporary, missing backflap, Very Fine appearance, with 1992 P.S.E. certificate
